Our 4th Year!
You’re frustrated because you feel like you’re doing all (or at least some) of the right things that you’re being told you should do, but there’s an elusive missing piece… so instead of thriving in your business, you’re struggling.
Sound familiar? We get it.
This is precisely why the 2019 Global Influence Summit will be THE Must Attend event of the year for transformational thought leaders just like you.
It’s not about a lot of fluff that only sounds good. It is actually Putting Impact into Action.
The world needs your message.

To empower compassionate communities and professionals to live life to the fullest, learn to grieve and support others and to have “The Talk” about end of life…

Yvonne shares her message—with heart and humour—as an Inspirational Speaker, with her book entitled Love Your Life to Death, as a television and radio host and through social media. She has also created the I Just Showed Up Global Movement. Stay tuned for her upcoming TEDx Talk, March 30, 2019!

Annemarie Shrouder started her professional interest in Diversity and Inclusion as an elementary teacher. In that capacity she strove to create a classroom where her students saw themselves reflected in the curriculum, and learned about each other. She was also a workshop facilitator for the Peel District School Board's The Future We Want. During this time, she earned a Masters Degree and wrote her these on bias awareness.
When she left teaching, she determined that inclusion wasn't just important for children, and set about helping organizations to create inclusive workplaces. She has been doing this ever since.
Annemarie's passion is encouraging people to see more - more of themselves, each other and situations - in order to create healthy workplace communities where people thrive. She facilitates this through her speaking engagements, working with organizations using her Signature Methodology: The ABCs of Inclusion, as well as with individuals through her Association of Change Agents for Inclusion and Belonging.

In addition to being an entrepreneur for 15 years, I am most proud of the fact that I am a mom, and have created a family that honours my love of community and my identities as a queer woman of colour.
In a complicated world, your brand is an accelerant or a drag. Brands that know their audience and tell a compelling story win. But, simplicity demands greater effort. Amazingly the same skills needed to distill complex new ideas into usable constructs for brilliant leaders in the developing world apply equally well to businesses here.
